Q:	Song of Solomon, Ephesians, Ecclesiastes, Proverbs, Job What is the purpose of the book "Song of Songs?" It doesn't seem to have any theological ideas in it. Why did Solomon write it? If you could send me any of the answers I would greatly appreciate it.
A:	There are three principle approaches to the Song: It is about the love of man and woman; it is a symbolic presentation of the love between God and the church which uses the same comparison as Ephesian 5; commentaries should discuss both of these.htmlects just as Ephesians 5 does.
