| Q: | An acquaintance was raised in the Roman Catholic Church, but joined WELS when she was married 31 years ago. She said her mother-in-law insists she has not been baptized because she was baptized in a Roman Catholic church. My answer to her was, the Nicene Creed states ""We acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins", and that is the answer. But having said that, I do want to make sure I am giving her correct information, but that has been my understanding all of my life. | ||||||
