Q:Do animals know if God exists, and if so, isn't that faith?
A:The Bible does not tell us much about what animals know or do not know.

Knowledge is not the same thing as faith. To believe or to have saving faith means to trust in Jesus for salvation. For instance, Satan and the demons know God but they do not trust in him (see James 2:19). Rather they are in rebellion against him.
